You Deserve a Choice! It’s Time to Stand Up for a Real Fairfax Union.
We know you’ve heard about SEIU. You’ve been deluged with emails, text messages, and calls. But do you know about the Fairfax Workers Coalition (FWC)?
FWC is a Fairfax-centric union, dedicated solely to the needs of Fairfax County workers. We don’t send your money to politicians, pay non-employees large salaries or a corporate union headquarters for their enrichment. FWC is an independent union, part of a growing movement for workers to make their own decisions without regard to politics or money. We’re not new to this. We’ve been here for over 5 years, and our leadership team has decades of real County experience.
FWC offers many differences with the usual brand of corporate unionism:
- We’re independent. We only answer to you.
- We’re all about Fairfax. We’re all employees or retirees.
- We’re a service union, not a campaign. We represent, we stand up, and we respect your opinion. We fight for your benefits, your pay, and your rights- and have the record to prove it.
- We tell you the truth, good or bad. No demagoguery, no fakery.
- We provide real assistance on workplace issues, grievances, workers compensation, and safety.
- We have a great benefit program and we’re adding new ones all the time.

With collective bargaining looming, it’s critical that the 10,000 or more county employees who will be affected have a real choice in who represents them. You shouldn’t be left without options.
