The Fairfax Workers Coalition is:
- Member-driven focused on Fairfax issues
- No interference from Statewide or International officers
- Financial transparency
- Experienced leadership focused strictly on Fairfax issues
- Experienced grievance and member services advocates to best advise and represent Fairfax workers on issues of concern
- Dues to be used for goods and services that benefit and support members in Fairfax only
- No salary expenses to support positions that are not dedicated to Fairfax workers
- Member advocacy through collaborative partnerships
