FWC UNION MEETING: JUNE 7, 2023, 1200 (IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL- LINK OUT SOON)
There’s a lot to discuss. The continued growth of FWC has provided us with some opportunities- an challenges as more people come forth with issues, especially concerning pay compression and many other issues.
FWC VIDEO MEET ON “PAY COMPRESSION”: JUNE 13, 2022, 1100-1:00 PM (LINK OUT SOON)
The pay system needs to be reformed to make it fair and equitable. We continue to hear so many stories of how the pay compression was done and how little it was understood. On June 11, we will be hosting a virtual event to hear your “PC” stories and what we can do about it.
FCPLEA TOWN HALL: JUNE 8, 2023, 1:00 PM
The Fairfax County Public Library Employee Association (FCPLEA) will be hosting a video Town Hall style format featuring representatives of the two recognized County employee unions. Dave Lyons will be there on behalf of the FWC. While this event is just for FCPLEA, it will be taped and available for distribution with permission of FCPLEA.
